Abba bar Pappai : ウィキペディア英語版 | Abba bar Pappai
Abba bar Pappai was a Jewish Amora (scholar), of the fourth century CE, who died in 375. As the second link in the transmission by tradition of Levi's haggadic sayings, he is generally mentioned together with Joshua of Siknin, who was the first link. He addressed halakic questions to Jose and Mani the son of Jonah, who in turn placed halakic problems before him. ==References==
